Circuit Istanbul Park has 2 long straights where speeds of 330 km/h can be reached. It has a mixture of fast and slow corner and offers many overtaking opportunities. The notorious Turn 8 is known as one of the toughest corners on the Formula 1 calendar. Very notable are the elevation changes by almost 46m. All 14 turns are very challenging for the skills of both driver and car. All features mixed with an unusual anti-clockwise layout make the Istanbul Park circuit one of the favorites on the Formula 1 calendar. |
